Low-loss heating
Instead of pushing more power, we cut heat loss. A heat-proof structure separates the heater from the plate bracket (a patented design), so energy goes to your hair — 230°C in about 30 seconds.
Straighten, curl and moisturize in one tool. Steam Magic™ converts the water on damp hair into steam that cushions every strand from the plates — then lets your hair absorb it.

Making real steam takes more than a hot surface. Our engineers spent over a year with a university research centre solving the problem from the inside out.
Instead of pushing more power, we cut heat loss. A heat-proof structure separates the heater from the plate bracket (a patented design), so energy goes to your hair — 230°C in about 30 seconds.
Aerospace-grade plate material with a special surface treatment holds a thin, even film of water until it all becomes steam — while staying hard, smooth and abrasion-resistant.
Raised ribs pull hair taut as it glides, so you only need a gentle press. Less contact with the hot surface means more steam around every strand.

Fast heat transfer means less time under high heat for every client, and the steam layer protects your hands as well as their hair.
Wet enough that strands cling together in bundles, but not dripping onto your clothes. A gentle towel-dry from roots to ends is usually perfect.
With a regular straightener you rush to avoid scorching. Here, a slow first pass gives the plates time to turn water into steam — and the steam keeps the hair protected the whole way down.
Hair can only absorb water as vapour. Touching or combing right away condenses the steam back into droplets. A short pause lets the strands drink it in.
The Steam Magic™ Styling Iron is rated 125 V AC, 60 Hz and must not be used with a voltage converter. For travel abroad, the Mini Magic™ Hot Brush supports 120–240 V.
